Tethering is present in your smartphone it not a app or any thing it just application on your mobile it will work only on Google Nexus smartphones.

Tethering is a hotspot with will share internet connection for others,now so many peoples are sharing internet connection for one mobile to other mobile using hotspot but not that you can share easy way using this tethering in this you can connect so many friends or users in one connection it not possible in the hotspot but it possible in tethering. First open Settings 
Choose the wireless and tethering options
Click on connect
Wait a minute now you can connect any mobile using this tethering and enjoy internet in smartphone.
