First open your blogger.com
Then Click on Template
                             News:-Washing Smartphone Hot News
Choose Mobile then Click on Settings button
In that you can choose temlapte and mobile version
Mobile views choose template for blogger
Choose Template in blogger

Choose “Yes,show mobile template on mobile devices”  Click on that
Then Choose Mobile Template
Select “Custom”(Here iam selecting custom you can choose your choice)
Click on save button
