TRAI has change their rules base on the cyber crimes recently has so many computers has hacker by some other countries base that TRAI will change the rules, 

If the person how need to connect the Internet newly with all services Like (Voice and Videos call not only that you can need to browser safely)if that case you will done anything wrong you can find easily base on the authentication ID if this type of problems will comes so the TRAI has make the rules.

Not only the Airtel,BSNL,IDEA,Reliance and other private network also you most need to follow the rule.
